Here is a collection of Choir Baby recordings I've made, going back to 2006. The songs are sorted alphabetically. Click to play them on the computer.

If you want to download them (they are in iTunes mp3 format, some with cover art) right-click (CTRL click) and choose the destination.

The collection is listed as All Songs in alphabetical order, Performances, including dress rehearsals where I didn't record the live performance, Within a year approximately, This Term, including everything we've learned for the next concert, and New, those made during the last few rehearsals.

If necessary, rehearsal recordings have been adjusted for pitch drop. I do this so we don't learn to go flat from the recordings! However, I retain the key we practised it in, so we don't sound too much like a mob of chipmonks.

Recording details

This is the best I can do while joining in the practices. The rehearsals are apt to be a bit bass heavy since they were made from the bass section, but the dress rehearsal and performance recordings have the mics better situated. Only two channels were recorded, limiting my mixing opportunities. Some of the old rehearsal recordings were made on a mobile and sound like it.

Charles wrote the html, edited most of the photos, and generally speaking did it the hard way. Tools used were SublimeText, Firefox, and Chrome.
